anychance of you getting ensim ras or rather server exchange which would come with it. it would allow your customers to offer a better ensim reseller setup, and for their resellers to offer resellers etc. if you get chance would you please ask your ensim rep about it and consider it. thanks.

I will release 10 of the durons on tuesday. the will have the option for free ensim unlimited.

when those are gone we will release more - maybe wednesday. If those all go super quick in the same day - I will drop 20 on Wednesday.

We will also open up ordering for the other dedicated products as well on Tuesday.

they will all include ensim unlimited - hey guys this is the best deal on the net anywhere.

I signed up a few days ago and tried to contact jhinkle@tranxactglobal.com regarding some error on the signed up page where I wanted Cpanel installed as I forgot to unchecked the Plesk radio buttun and checked Cpanel radio button.

I also wanted to change my original dedicated server plan #1 to #3 having the same server specs but with a setup fee and lower monthly charges.

It's 3 days ago and no reply. I am getting scared now when I imagine should I require support, will I ever get it???

What's the point of getting a good deal but less the support which is of paramount importance and it's missing as far as I can see.

Nobody answers emails sent to jhinkle@tranxactglobal so I don't know whether my request/enquiries was received and any action taken. My experience with other server provider has never been this bad, so either you do something about it or I may have to do a chargeback.

I have a new office. In the new office my it set up outlook express. I accidently left it on when I left to go out for the wekend and was out in meetings all day Friday. The D#$n thing is sucking all my email to it. I will see your email on Monday after the weekend and reply to you all.

I am not able to get it at my home office. LOL. anyway - as far as a chargeback and this being the worst service - I will be happy to credit your account for you - it is the weekend and we have posted that we will have people up in a average of 3 business days. I dont think we have done anything unreasonable here - but if you still feel we are the worst service -even though you have not even been installed - let me know - we dont want any unhappy customers and I will be proactive and cancel your account and credit you. an unhappy customer is more trouble than it is worth and we work hard hard to please everyone - but we realize we can not please everyone and that there are some that are very quick to chop our heads off - I would rather those go chop rackshacks heads off at the first little thing.

you signed up on tranxactglobal web site for a server, then you wrote to sailor's email address and worry that he won't reply right away.
I don't know about Tranxactglobal, I speak for my own company, but if one of my clients is having server problems, no matter what they are, he will get a response quickly by writing to 'support', but maybe not so if he sends a message to my email address. After all it's just my own personal address, not a support thing, I'm the only one reading it.
Did you try writing to support or sales @ tranxactglobal.com?

After payment processing by 2checkout.com I received a receipt via email stating that should I have any quiries, I should contact jhinkle@tranxactglobal.com or 2checkout. There was no mention of any other emails contact. I suppose you are absolutely right, I should have contacted sales or support@tranxactglobal.com. It didn't cross my mind at that time.

Anyway the damage has been done and the only way to set the records straight.... if my comments have hurt your feelings(sailor) or degraded your company's(tranxactglobal.com) status in any way, please accept my sincere apologies. It wasn't intentional nor was I trying to instigate/discourage members of this board from signing up with tranxactglobal.com.

Excellent package.

I submitted a request for quotation to see how much it would be with a 300-domain plesk license as I prefer Plesk over Ensim.

But the deal is so good, I am going over to Ensim.com now to have another look at Ensim 3.0.

Might be worthwhile re-training my customers and getting them all to love Ensim :)

I know that we have written our own reseller add-on; not very fancy but functional. I guess if Cabalstudio is interested...but this will soon be an old question: Ensim said they will release an add-on for Webppliance around end of April...I know we are really looking forward to it, and I'll bet that Cabalstudio is, as well.

we sold out all the servers that were made available in 1 hour on tuesday. WE have ordered 35 more. Will order some more tomorrow as well.
