I am a very experienced web developer and I am in the process of developing a suite of automation software for web hosting companies. My focus is on support and billing. Could you please share with me the kind of features and functionalities you would like to see in a eBilling and eSupport software? If there are any software utilities that you would like to have but is currently not available in the marketplace or too expensive to buy, could you also please get in touch with me?

I am hoping that after I develop these software, I can give it out for free trial to further fine-tune my product. As a web host, if you do need any automation or CRM software, would you please contact me? I can work with you to develop a software that you need and that is for free.
