Those who resell, do you do this on a full time basis or do you have a daytime job and do reselling on the side?
How do you handle support issues if you work a day job and reselling is second?
I interested what others have to say since I will be going live in about 2-3 weeks and I have a day job. I have access to the internet from my job so support issues are not a factor.

when i was with company reselling i did it full time at work
i have a job where i am on internet 8-5
and am available during that entire time
basically the dream job for you maybe try and set up with someone who can help with support if you are just starting you wont be needing very much but it will grow and that will be something you are going to have to plan and look forward to

I am just preparing everything to start as a reseller. I will do it part-time/full-time. :)
I am working as a system admin and my company allows me to do other stuff, too if I can fit it into my workschedule. I also have Internet access at work all the time. So, from that point of view - I am starting part-time and full-time.

I am not 100% full time but i do have internet access all day and most of the night as well at home. I am only a small company at the moment so this isnt too much of a problem. I guess it depends on how big you are and how much support your customers need
