This is probably a repeatedly-asked question, but

I've had a reseller hosting account with VeoWeb for 2 years now and I have to say, they've been good, but not fantastic of late. I'm looking for the best reseller deal available, for less than £20/month (USD $28/month). I consider great support and good uptime a priority (along with best price), and would like to consider hosts based in the US or UK.

Any and all suggestions please?

I agree with 21inchguns but you'll have to go around 30-35$.

My recommandation among the three of them is splashhost.com (http://www.splashhost.com)

Alan has a great support and also his services are excellent. ;)

I highly recommend Datahosts.net they have great support and great uptime but as decebal said you will have to go up a bit in price US 30 - 35 / month they use plesk which I like better than WHM but if want WHM I recommend splashhost.com

There are several reccomended in this thread and I personally use SplashHost and I can say that the service has been excellent.
