I'm curious to know what type of editor(s) do WHT members use to design their websites?

I'm more the old fashion type, used notepad, but moved up to Arachnophilia, version 4. (woohoo!) Version 5 got too fancy. I've used Cute and Coffeecup, but didn't like it, too many bells and whistles. I have never tried Dreamweaver. I tried Frontpage, hate it, hate it, hate it. I think it's for people who can't or don't want to learn html which is the easiest (and basic) language to learn.

I might learn something from you guys so give me your 2 cents on this topic...

I use the old freeware HomeSite 1.2 from before it was bought out. Basically just a text editor with tag colour coding, file tree and buttons for various HTML tags that I don't actually use.

I use Ultraedit mostly. Although it actually depends on which computer I'm using (at work, or at home). The other editor I use (fairly often) is Notetab Light. And of course, as a last resort, I'd use Notepad.

I use CuteHTML, mainly. It came bundled with the ftp, so might as well use it. I also use Adobe ImageReady to start out before handcoding everything.

I use MS Visual Studio with Brief compatibility. I do the HTML manually.

I use vim for my personal site and to make changes to our business site. I don't actually do much designing.
