I have read with interest the post about the "grand opening" of template one. You ask people to submit suggestions.

My suggestion is that you supply orders in a timely manner. We ordered one of your templates very early this week. Now as we approach the end we have been debited the money for the template but have no sign of the template whatsoever. We have submitted two contact forms but with no reply and want to know when the template is coming and if its not we want our money back.

I don't know if this a fraudulant company or just badly run I would not like to say but the way things stand is:

1: Template one take your money
2: Don't supply item
3: Don't asnwer emails or contact forms.

Judge for yourself.

I hope this thread finally gets us somewhere with our order.
