what type of server are you aiming at? are you only hosting one mid-high traffic site? are you knowledgable with server admin?

i'm using a raq 4i w/ 512mb ram for 3 mid-large size sites (one generating 7+million page hits per month, completely dynamic (php+mysql). it works out fine and i only pay $95 per month and get 65gb bandwidth. their setup fee is negotiable, so, email them and see if they'd work with you on it.

if you want to go with a super high bandwidth solution, try www.rackshack.net. they carry raqs as well as white box rack servers.

I can recommed two choices. Dialtone Internet has IBM servers at very good prices, with this amount of bandwidth and other requirements.
