Interland has another spammer that they are doing nothing about. This one is particularly odious as they used my domain name in their spam. On Christmas day, I received spam from The Elf outlet that started off
Subject: 50% OFF Christmas Overstock - SAVE NOW!

I looked them up in Whois and discovered they were hosted by Interland, a well known haven for spammers, despite their lying policies that claim otherwise. It took them half a year to get rid of a site (lightspeedmarketing.com) that is a spamware site and I suspect it was only becasue of the adverse publicity.
I notified them of this one and do not expect they willdo anything about it. I did threaten teh Elf Outlet with legal action for tresspassing on my domain name if they should ever do it again. I'll have their bells in a sling.
