They have suspended my sites for more than 4 days and don't answer my emails.

I'm just asking them why they suspended and all I got in 4 days was that my email was escalated to the proper department.

I have paid my subscription on June 8 (automatically paid with Paypal). I don't use email since I'm using Aweber.com for my email marketing, so I can't be accused of spamming.

I have 130Gb bandwidth and those sites were barely using 10GB so it's not that i'm over my bandwidth limit.

4 days without an answer, while all my sites are suspended for no reason is ridiculous.

Does anyone know of them and whether I can get a hold of them any other way?
