Hi,
Does anyone know of a easy to use, free online shopping program. I'm building a site for my dad's business and he isn't very good with websites. I need something visual that he can use easily and I need it to be free or open-source. I would prefer a php/MySQL powered system but other systems may work as well

When I try to use that it says
"FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!"
The thing is I think I have enabled it.

Oh no. Don't be offended, but I don't think you are able to set it up on your own.

The error is pretty self-explanatory. Open up php.ini file and turn on register_globals. Need help?

If you have Fantastico, you can install CubeCart, OsCommerce and ZenCart easily :)

Personally, i prefer CubeCart ;)

Perhaps you have modified wrong php.ini? Or you haven't restarted your apache?

Run phpinfo() and see if your PHP also thinks register_globals is enabled.

Zen Cart or CUbe Cart are times better than OSC. And free.

Zen cart is based on OSC so it's very likely. Cube cart is bit more advanced, but still easy to operate...;)
