Well we have 3 control panels, Site Admin (which is how you control your site settings and users), User Admin (check email, setup email, manage own users ftp), and Control panel which basically brings all of these together aswell as adding such support features such as our HelpDesk, Forums, User information, HOWTOs, FAQs, and other tools such as mySQL Manager (phpMyAdmin) .etc.... note Site admin and User admin panels are controlled by Ensim, but you wouldnt know and Im developing a proper alternative to ensims features. :)
