There have been many discussions around the net, and certainly here in the WHT forums, where the thread describes a host that has attempted to service a client and the result is the client posting to various public forums with poor reviews about the host.

What happened? What went wrong? Can we make it right again?

For me it's every Sunday night beginning at 8pm EST. Last week was my first show and I've a great deal to learn as this is the first time I have ever done anything like this but with time I do believe it will continue to improve ;)

The key to the whole thing is going to be participation of course so that's something we'll continue to try to build on...
