The guy signed up for my 1024 user IRCd($12.99/m) and paid 6 months in advance.

Well, This morning I got up to a nice email from paypal saying the payment was under investigation, blah,blah,blah.

Guess its time to start calling new customers on the phone to verify their order...

When you see anything like "group" "team" in domain name - double check this kind of orders - most likely it's some kind of 15 years old "hAx0rs" from IRC :)

I'd recomend looking into a program like FraudGuard and Fraudcall, they pair up very nicely together for complete automation. It is expecially usefull if you are running modernbill.

Without exaduration it probably saves us two to three thousand a month or more in chargebacks.
