In terms of PPC parking advice:
DomainSponsor - these guys ar simply great. pay on time, they are quick to respond to help and the revenue is quite solid. They also offer optimization (not to everyone I don't think)
Sedo - solid reputation, don't really park with them. DomainPark feed, google has some of the highest payouts in the industry. most major ppc companies and most big players use their feed (they bought out oingo/appliedsemantics).
Fabulous is another good place for casino domain names especially I hear. I wish I owned a bunch of those but I dont But Fabulous is designed very heavily towards large PPC portfolios. Their control panel is one of the most powerful I've seen in the industry as well. They have their own feed from connected companies I believe as well as feeds from major players. I haven't used them much lately but well worth a try. You need a 100 domain portfolio though to get into their wholesale/ppc program I believe.
The rest of the parking services really don't compete, except I haven't tried afternic's. I vaguely recall the might be using an overture feed which is the only comprable feed to google's. With sedo and DS you cannot go wrong. Fabulous is a good choice, but has higher requirements I believe.

in that thread i linked it looked like they got paid in december for october's earnings. That is nowhere near a promt payment and a clear stay-away sign in my mind.
