Is there any similar script in PHP like MS SharePoint?

I believe SharePoint is just a CMS application. There are lot of free ones out there, maybe not on the scale that sharepoint is?

@mail offered some of the same features but sharepoint is truly ahead of the curve when it comes intranet CMS.

Plus sharepoint has that propriatary SPS. Collabrative editing of ANY document??? Holy sh**. Way to go M$.
