Anybody know of a stored card or ATM card that I can load via Western Union payments?

It seems the online casino have this service down to a fine art. But aparently if I use a casino to do this, then I have to wager the funds once before I can withdraw them.

You might check out Western's Union Pre-Paid Card (http://www.westernunion.com/info/osPrepaidMC.asp) as well. It might do the trick

Sorry I remembered that actually last night at dinner. You might contact Susi over at http://www.paymentpass.com/ - I have worked with her in the past and their card might do it. It is part of 2000charge.com actually.
