well since i'm new here i wanna ask somthing, if i see
a host offer a god deal to somone else, would it then be ok for me to
contact them and ask if i can get the same deal or is the offer unique
to that customer?

Send them an email and ask. If a host offers something in public to someone chances are quite good he will offer the deal to you too.

Personally if I offered a special to someone publically on the forum and would also offer it to anyone else who saw it. If it was a private offer I would do it via email, phone, or instant messenger not on a public forum.

I'm with Digisurge here. If I offered a special deal to somebody IN PUBLIC, anyone reading it would be entitled to it unless otherwise stated. :)

What about when you have signed up for a plan and see the host offer a better plan (fuller featured, better BW and space) for the same price?

It never hurts to email the provider and ask if you could be entitled to the same offering. Of course you should not expect the provider to alter your current plan since you registered and agreed to a previous plan.

I agree if you already have a plan but see it offered cheaper later on email the host. I may or may not let you have it for the cheaper price. It depends on the cost difference, circumstances, etc...
