I have a domain name that I have had registered for a little over 2 years. I have only used it for personal use (keep in touch with family), but now I am in the process of using it for my business.
The domain is www.planperfect.com. I got the name because the letters p-l-a-n are the intials of myself, wife, daughter and son in that order. How perfect, thus the name planperfect.
I read in a web design forum that I could get sued because there is a program that is called planperfect. I have never heard of it until now. It works with wordperfect or something. I don't really know for sure.
I have been working very hard on getting my design/hosting business up to snuff. I really don't need these kind of obstacles.
Do I need to be worried?
If anyone has any info to share please post.
Thanks,
