1. We reply to all support issues 99% of the time within 12 hours. :)
2. Regarding the PayPal thing: I overreacted back there and was in some kind of shock. All of the sudden my account was restricted !! But I contacted paypaldamon right away (WHT member related to PayPal) and he solved this issue within 12 hours! It hadn't had anything to do with us. It was some sort of mistake from PayPal's computers... :(
But don't be afraid of us going bankrupt, we now know that we can count on paypaldamon IF such a thing would ever happen again, PLUS: I'm sure that Denis (from Saburovo.com, the reseller through which we get our servers) would understand if I'd pay a bit overtime: he uses paypal too, so he knows how those guys act... ;)

when you get a dedicated IP, you get Anonymous FTP-ing free of charge along with it. :) Dedicated IP costs 3$/mth, no set-up fee.
SSL is available for 10$ set-up / account.

If you don't ask for a dedicated IP, you'll be hosted name-based (ie on a shared IP)

And yes, adult content is allowed if it's legal !! :)

the March offer is still going! For each GB transfer you sign up for, we add 50% your first month! (eg: if you sign up for 10GB transfer & 1000MB space, you get 20GB transfer & 2000MB space --> only first month !) :):)

GHS has been online, selling & growing since the first of January, and things are going very well, thank you. ;)

Average response time often is under 5-6 hrs, we even handle your questions immediately (response within 15min.) if we're online at the time, but as I said before; 99% of the time replies are sent under 12 hrs.
Mind that, to offer such low prices, we cannot invest in a bunch of support staff, and we handle everything by ourselves. :)

For 10$ you can get SSL enabled for your account. No certificate is included, though. You will need to use your own.

In the future (within let's say 2 months) an option will be available to get a shared SSL certificate. :)

Bandwidth overusage within the same month is billed 3$/GB, so if you sign up for 8GB, and you use 10GB, you will be billed 6$ extra on your next month's fee. :)

No, you don't have to. Just make sure your total fee is equal to or over 8$ per transaction.

Mind that if you pay yearly or semi-yearly, you will not be able to change the allocated amount of transfer/space, and that you will need to pay at overusage-rate if you go over (3$/GB transfer) !

If you want to pay for a period longer than one month, just calculate how much transfer you're going to need in total (eg 8GB/mth, yearly payment = 8*12=96$/96GB), and fill that in at the sign up page.
After paying, send us an e-mail describing over what kind of period you'd like us to spread your bandwidth allowance. ;)

About our number of clients:

today we've had 2 sign-ups so far (resellers)
in total, the last 3-4 days we've had 6 sign-ups
our total number of clients for now is 14 (big ones) :)


As you can see business is going just fine, and we're taking this very seriously. I also didn't lie about my age in my profile. I think honest is the best manner to treat your clients.
It's true: I'm almost 16 years old, but I do have a great sense of responsability and have got many years of experience online. :)
Besides: you'd be surprised how many companies are being runned by teenagers. ;)
Also, we run this with 2 people; I'm not alone, so we can handle this. ;)

Support online hours: I check e-mail & support tickets at 4 different times of the day:
1. before taking off to school
2. at lunch time
3. afternoon
4. in the evening
My average being-online time is 4 hours / day (week)
In the weekend this climbs up to 10 hours :D

Look; I know this may make us look young, irresponsible and unprofessional, but I believe that honesty brings you further than lieing. ;)

Whatever you think of this: we do take this company seriously and you can ask our customers about it: we're just as good (if not better :D) as "regular' companies...

No we do not limit the amount of MySQL databases in a customer's account. :)

We (the company) is located in Belgium (Europe), and our servers are housed at RackShack datacenter, Dallas, Texas.
