HI everyone,
I have a few questions about 2checkout. How do you cancel a recurring customer in 2checkout? Also, how do you upgrade an account or dowgrade it?

Asked them the exact same question today and this is the reply:
Hello,
With an issue like this on the recurring routine, you would need to cancel the old one and have them reauthorize again. We are looking into ways to make the recurring routines more flexible in the future.

To stop a recurring payment, logon to your Admin Panel under Sales Activity - Recurring Sales - choose the Order # of the Sale you want to stop and click on it. This will open the Order Details page and scroll down to where you see Stop Recurring Billing (Cannot be Undone) and click on that. Keep in mind that it can not be undone and once you click it, your customers card will not be billed again.
