What billing system do you use? Is it something that can be purchased or a private in-house solution?

I'm looking to use the Protx VSP Direct system (http://www.protx.com/products/vspdirect.asp) and would like to know if there are any compatible billing solutions available (aimed at hosting providers rather than the general shopping carts listed on their site).
