may I mearly suggest you change the colors to temp4 so it does not look quite like the other?

I'm sorry you feel that way, but it is not almost 100% identical! There are a lot of different things in it than the one you bought. I'd have to end the auction now, to edit things in it for you to be satisfied, and I'd hate to do that. ;) All images are different in it, I did not use any of the same.

Yes, I guess I can change the colors.. But why? They are not the same as the other one. I tried purposely to create the templates as different looking as possible. I know the domain registration is really really similar to the other ones style, but most likely the buyer of it will have it changed around, and it will not look like yours HQ. ;)

There is no maybe about it, similar doesn't quite cover it, I know the images are different, as for the colors they are close enough.

It takes more than minor changes to make these look different, if I visited these two sites with only a minute apart I would have thought it was the same site, and that’s not good, not good at all.

I have no interest in turning this in to a hate thread, but I belive you have some work to do.

I'm sorry you feel that way about the template, I really am! If there is a buyer, I will change it to look the LEAST amount that it does to the template you bought, in which you think it looks similar. ;)

Sorry, Charlie.
You cannot sell this template. That would be copyright infringement. Just like selling the same template twice. If you tried to make it look different, then you just admitted that you knew they looked similar. If you really had a completely different template, there would be nothing to worry about at all.
Your past client has the legal right to sue whoever owns that new template. Not a good thing on your concience or your pocket, eh?

Sorry man, you don't understand! It is NOT the same template, and I'm NOT trying to sell one that I've done already. ;)
My customer FEELS that it is similar to the one I've sold him, so that is WHY I have apoligised to him, and told him I would change it around to look different if someone buys this one.
As it is said.. "the customer is always right" :blush: So that is why I told him something I thought he'd appreciate for me to do for his sake. ;)
