the bandwidth here stinks so the quality might be sketchy to get it back into hosting con. hsould be ok from outside though.

Nice live feed of a table and some shirts, decent bandwidth though, perfectly smooth, good audio.

Is it uploading to a backend server at your facility and then onto the web?

Nope, I could hear you talking to Jeff from the feed and I heard "Lifeless People" and "WebHostingTalk". Didn't take much to put two and two together ;)

Yeah. I've heard alot of good things about GNAX during the conference from various people so I had to go check out their booth for pricing information and to get a feel for everything. Jeff is definately an impressive guy to meet.

yes we used a panasonic digital 3 ccd camera to a w2003 server running windows media encoder and that pushed to a windows media server in our data center in altanta which then streamed in multicast.

this is a service we will be pushing as we see a big market for this. we wanted to demo it at hosting con.

we also have a static video we made for demo purposes that is a tour of our dc. it is not really edited and I was the camera man - so dont laugh to hard! :)
