AMD Duron @ 1GB
512 MB ram
60GB of space
400GB od bandwidth
Redhat 7.1
Plesk control panel

Just a little marketing advice: never say "cheap". Always "inexpensive", "affordable", or "competative". By using the word "cheap", it can be interpreted as low quality, but mainly it just gives a defamatory ring to it. Hope this helps :)
