Hi, I run www.xedgehosting.com and recently started up. I personally do web design, but don't have time to do it myself. What I want to do is offer web design from my page, and any customers interested will be sent to whoever I decide to work with. In return, you host them with my company. The point is that he wishes to offer web design services, which would go to the designer. I don't understand why he would pay a designer to refer them clients, as this sounds like a deal where the designer and the host both send eachother clients, which *do* pay the bills.

Just curious on the amount of customers you get? Also on how many hosting clients you are targeting for this arrangement.
