It is sounding as if ORBZ may be remaining closed even after the recent criminal charges against it were dropped. (See http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/6/24507.html and http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/6/24544.html for more details)
So the question is, which other open relay blacklisting (or other anti-spam blacklists) do you find reliable? Ideally free rather than charge based at this point for me. Though if you pay for a particually wonderful fee based one, do mention it!
