We are hosting using alabaza's NOC.
The service so far is good, but we are having some problems
One day a domain is working fine. The next the domain will pull up with the www ie.. http://www.yourclient.com and not with out the www ie.. yourclient.com.
Does anyone else have this problem? Know a fix or have any information on this subject? Alabanza will not give us any information on this matter, so we are left in a dark corner.

Why wont Alabanza give you any information on this problem? What kind of service is this? Check your httpd.conf file. It must gotten edited by mistake?
What happens when you go to http://domain.com rather than http://www.domain.com exactly?
Do both names resolve? If so, to the same IP address?
Alabanza has a very interesting setup on their machines, one which I am still attempting to fully understand how the machines actually stay running since a lot of things seem to be "missing."
In any case, perhaps if you can give me some more information, I can see if I can help you correct the problem you're experiencing?

is this a 1 domain problem ? or it happens to all domain ?, if it's a 1 domain problem check the registar, and make sure the dns's are entered correctly, if it happens to ALL domain, then you have a problem with one of your DNS servers, Alabanza if I recall uses a central DNS server for the secondary DNS, while the first is in your box (Please anybopdy correct me if I am wrong), so you might have a problem with either one, Alabanza should be able to help you (when they get up from their lazy asses and decided to do some work)
The DNS servers are not on you're actual server. However, their servers do update their zone records from the zone records on your local machine.
