I'm just in the middle of upgrading the website for my band and we're after a music player to fit in with the design of our site.

Player should:

Work in Firefox, IE etc.
Be fast loading
Use graphics supplied by me.
Possible pre-loader to reduce time before playing song. (BONUS PAID IF FULFILLED)
Accommodate five songs
Be updateable from XML file
