My friends at Rochen and I have made a wonderful decision to try to get something together for all of the people who cannot attend the Fast Servers party due to the Chicago and federal drinking restrictions. We are interested in trying to get a group of folks together for an evening on the town. If you are interested, either reply to this thread, or come see us at booth #303. We will have more details as we get closer to Tuesday evening.

While chatting a dinner we realised that a lot of vistors to the conference will be too young and of course miss out on most after-events.

I've thankfully reached the age that I can partake in the fun that are fermented beverages (that and Shane is my new favorite person for the vip hookup), but I may have to join in on the fun later if you guys are still out-and-about. I'll need a wind-down since I'll have to drive home both nights, haha.

Edit: haha, I asked what day you guys were doing this, but it was in the title, oy, its late.

Hey, I made it through the under 21 period in my life alright. :) Its not like hostingcon won't keep you busy most of the day, and by the time after-hours hits, we'll all probably be tired anyways.

I remember going to a sporting goods conference when I was 16 and was invited by the then owner of Rollerblade, we had to get a security gaurd to "look the other way" to let me in cause most conferences don't allow those under 18 in.

Fun can still be had though. :)

the GNAX party unfortunately fell on that evening, and a lot of our planned group was going out there for that, so everything fell apart.... We spent the evening with some customers. Maybe we can thoroughly plan something for next year in advance instead of spur of the moment like this time.... lets see what comes for 2006!
