What scripts do you guys use to keep track of visitors/uniques/pageviews?

I have been using ActualAnalyzer Pro (http://www.actualscripts.com/products/analyzer/). Seems to work pretty good, nice to have it local.

Do most prefer hosting tracking or local? Any other good scripts out there?
