I use a site builder but the counter is not working, is it possible to add a script to my html doc so as to add a counter?

Are you using a web-based site buider? If so I would contact your hosting service, they can probably fix the counter for you. Otherwise, it depends on which site builder you are using as to whether you can add your own code or not. You also might want to take a look at bravenet.com.
