Qualifications:
1- Cobalt RaQ4 experience.
2- Redhat 7.x knowledge
3- knowledge of hosting environment, like dns, mail, apache.
4 - PHP, MySQL, Perl knowledge

Job description:
1- To be available on online live chat
2- Response to customers' technical queries sent in the help desk.

Working hours:
First position: from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM - GMT (probably someone liviing in Asia)
Second position: from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM - GMT (probably someone liviing in the US)
