Greetings all, once again. I am going to be using 2Checkout.com on my website. How would I go about refunding someone thier money instead of getting a chargeback? (anyone using 2Checkout have any knowledge of this?) Thanks.

It's a breeze: there's a nice [refund] button for each account.
You can also choose to independently refund setup fees or recurring charges...

Of course you must do this *before* a chargeback.

Problem with a chargeback is that often you don't get a chance to refund. The money is chargedback before you are notified. I have had this happen 3 times. I had one instance where I was notified, at the time by Revecom, and they recommended that I process a refund as I would not win if I disputed the chargeback.
