Anybody else experiencing the same problem in the Philippines regarding Enom Refills?

You should submit a support ticket and contact Enom about the issue. They do allow restricted country clients to add funds by a credit card/Paypal for that they need to manually allow each client for fraud protection.

They may have a new policy on newly restricted countries. Better confirm with the support for your remainig options.

Paypal - has no support for the Philippines

Check- Unsafe? too long?

Wire transfer - You need the actual currency to make a deposit, not to mention too expensive...

I will see what is the best option between this three... sigh...

What is unsafe about a check? I send them all the time to enom to add funds to my account. I've never had a problem with this method and I save the 3% "convenience" fee associated with credit cards / PayPal.

They also have an address listed to receive Express / Overnight Deliveries from FedEx, etc.

Your best bet it to contact enom, fax them any specific confirming documents they need and they should be able to enable your account for CC payments

if you re-think it wire transfer is cheaper than credit card payments since you deposit any amount and pay the same fixed wire fee, but in CC you pay %3 everytime u refill ur account ;)
