Anybody else experiencing the same problem in the Philippines regarding Enom Refills?

They do allow restricted country clients to add funds by a credit card/Paypal for that they need to manually allow each client for fraud protection. I've never had a problem with this method and I save the 3% "convenience" fee associated with credit cards / PayPal.
