100 mbps. IRC is permitted, but you are responsible for it, and yes there is ddos protection. Extra IP's are $1 each and require proper justification for use.

Easyhosts is there something wrong? Support@ email doesn't work again and my server has been offline for days..

Interesting, I paid $273.00 on the 17th of last month, it was 3 months payment for a New York dedicated. It was stable and online 24/7 until a few days ago. Not very happy.
