MySQL Drivers on Fasthosts windows 2000.

How do you connect from a win2000 account on Fasthosts
to a MySQL db? ie what would be the connection string?

When I phoned up they said "you have to use a DNSless
connection" and that "you don't need to specify
the driver when connecting to a mySQL database", but
they couldn't let me have an example of a connection
string as they don't supply support on scripting.

I have tried {MySQL} and {MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver}, but
no luck.

Can any one help?
