Looks like the "Business" forum has received a new title: "Management, Recruitment, Legal Advice".

I'd prefer the expression "Legal opinions" rather than "Legal advice". I have a feeling that the one who gives a legal advice is responsable for it's accuracy.

Anything posted by Astra4 in this forum is a mere opinion, use it at your own risk.

Thank you - excellent point. I'll adjust it now.

Er, how about "Legal Issues?" "Legal opinions" is a legal term of art equivalent to "legal advice."

I'm not sure that "legal opinions" works that well even if used in its colloquial sense. If you intend to use "legal opinions" in the sense of, "look, I'm entitled to my opinion," consider how that would work if we were talking, say, medical opinions:

"I think that Chicken just has gas pains"

"Yeah, well I think that he's having a heart attack!"

"Yeah, well, you're entitled to your opinion, but I wouldn't waste my money on a doctor if I was Chicken. That's just my opinion. . . .

On second thought, I guess that's what most health bulletin boards look like. But still. . . .

Really? Interesting... Any other particular ramifications?

My opinion is that if Chicken has chest pains, he should see a doctor.

"Legal issues" sounds good.
