- Good Understanding of HTML / CSS Standards
- PHP experience (or willingness to learn PHP) desired, but not needed

Customer Support Skills
- Ability to interact with customers
- Good Problem Solving abilities
- Good mastery of the English Language
- Ability to articulate instructions / explanations via email well

Other Requirements
- Personal interaction with customers and potential customers
- Minor office-management skills desired
- Willing to travel (within the local region) for projects (ie meet with clients)

Base hourly plus bonuses / benefits. The base rate will vary depending on the qualifications/skills/education of the applicant. And may range from $8-15/hr
