Our hosting company is currently looking for three (maybe four) Sales Managers/Technical Support for our chat and helpdesk.

These individuals must have great communication and problem solving skills and they must be dependable, as this is a Remote position (meaning work from home)!

Skills:

- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Must have knowledge with HELM.
- Must be able to assist clients with script installs, errors, service issues and configuration questions with FTP, MySQL, MSSQL, E-mail, Frontpage, HTML, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET and basic web site design.
- Must be able to provide service of a high quality
- Experience with sales is a bonus!
- Knowledge in C, C++, Perl, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, Java, JSP is a bonus.
- If you are able to write content and articles, it's also a bonus
- If you can do SEO it would be a bonus as well!
