Looks fine to me, nice and neat and there's not exactly anything wrong with it.

If I really strain to pick up something, perhaps just some more consistency. Maybe keep your table background colours just to shades of the same teal colour or something? A few CSS rollovers on the links would be a nice touch. And maybe even up your white space in the two sidebars (some cells have a gap above the cell contents, some below, some both, know what I mean?).
