It seems ridiculous to have to resort to paying someone to write up two regular expressions--don't do that. You can surely get this help for free two ways; Either post the question on a programming site/forum or news group, or post what you want to do here and someone (myself, for example) will probably help you out at no charge. People that know regular expressions can literally just take your "English" words and conditions and turn them into a regular expression in a matter of the time to type it.
