Who in this forum had any disputes with registerfly? I created ns1 & ns2 nameservers and now I need to change the ip numbers for these. Apparently they don't have a feature where I can change this myself. Anyway I emailed them and opened a support ticket on the 3/13 of this month and they have not done anything. I also had requested prior to this that one of my domain be unlock which they did. Eventually that domain was relocked and I reopened the same support ticket for them to remove the registrar-lock 2 days ago and they did. Why the HELL!!! have they not fixed the nameserver situation? I just reupdated the support ticket and requested that this nameserver problem get resolved or I will contact my bank to issue a chargeback.

Does anyone here know what else I need to do? Is there a number to registerfly? I know they are a reseller to enom. Does any know somone in enom who I can contact directly to solve this issue?

Unfortunately I can't transfer my 2 domains since there is a 60 hold. That sucks big time.

HELP!!!

You should complain to eNom, but I doubt you will have any affect. They will more than likely send you back to Registerfly.

If you issue a chargeback, you stand a chance to lose the domain, so you probably don't want to do that.

You should keep on them via their support system to change your nameservers, since they don't have a control panel that allows you to do it yourself - then after the 60 day period, transfer to someone who does have a full control panel.

Good luck,

Looks to me like you learned the hard way not to deal with a cut rate registry.
I've been dealing almost exclusively with TUCOWS registrars like Directnic since the begining of Deregulation. Mosy Tucows registrats have the features you're looking for without the headache. They tend to be about 30% more than some of the other registrars I've seen since dereg, but usability on this particular network is second to none.

I've got to say, I've been damn impressed with directnic. Moved all my domains to them. A few bucks more expensive at $15 but I'm not worried about much with them. Additionally, excellent tools.
