Hi.
I was registered with Pagecreators and they have sell my account to Trinity, for which I don't known anything about...

I'm a bit disgusted because I have lost my last two days email in the transfer (with @www.domain email problem,
which is not solved by now). My account finish on march and I was sure not to renew with the first but I want to know if these guys deserve an oportunity as their support looks "polite".

Any help?

I have a few accounts with PageCreators and just received new logins for Trinity Host at about 1 a.m. this morning... and my sites haven't even been transferred. Did you have to transfer your own site or did they transfer it for you?

Hi Aaron.
They do nothing but transfer my DNS (because I don't have the ID altrought I've required it many times to pagecreators and once on trinity), nor email, nor web. I lost three days email with a conflict with domain aliases (I don't receive email to user@mydomain.com but to user@www.mydomain.com). Be sure all works before transfer the DNS info, and ask them to transfer your domain accounts, but notice that I had to do it manually.
I'm planning to move to Hostrocket soon.
