View Full Version : Sitebysize - by far the worst tech support

Has any reseller of sitebysize heard from them since they were down for 4 days straight? I have written them about 20 emails asking for tech support and not one reply.
Worst yet, I have written other emails asking them to give me my SSL certificate and private key and they will not. I believe that is robbery. Is it not? That belongs to me. I would like to know if this so called "good company" is providing there resellers with any support whatsoever.

I've heard from them.
Their support got much worse since a huge downtime they've expirienced in February, but they do respond to emails, just not as good as they used too. They have also had a few annoying 5-6 hours downtimes since then.

I believe the man in charge of Sitebysize is quite responsible, I've received a phone call from him, saying that he couldn't contact me by email. It was pretty impressive. I hope they will pull through, they've been a solid company before the problems started.

I am glad someone has heard from them. I am yet to recieve a reply, nethertheless a phone call. WOW that amazes me. I wrote them again yesterday and am still waiting for a reply. I write to webmaster@, sales@, info@, support@ sitebysize.com & .net
Do you have some magical email address where they respond to you at? Please advise because I have some technical issues that need to get reolved while I transfer my accounts to a new host. I just can not see how other people in this forum can say that they are a good company. Uptime and support are what make a company GOOD and sitebysize clearly suffers from both.
