This is something i was just thinking about, when i first started selling hosting i got a real big "buzz" every time i sold account, as time went on i got less and less of a buzz from each account i sold. I now need to sell several in a day to be just as happy, if i dont sell any i feel depressed.

Im addicted to the Web host drug... is there anyone out there that can help me?

Alan, like that for all business. When I first started stringing lacrosse sticks for my website, I was so happy to get orders...now it is like "ok, I guess this[the work] is worth the money." It is just a buzz to have a successful business, but then you get used to it.

There are some good side affects though, im sure that number i get from the bank every month is getting bigger, or maybe thats my vision going :D

Congrats SplashHost, that is what success feels like. You are craving more so you have to start looking in other areas. Maybe start looking in other directions and build more businesses. They don't have to be internet either -- you could even start producing the next best selling graham crackers!

That is how it goes, I would check my stats every day, to see if I was beating the previous week, then it was the previous day .. and so on

and then one day it just stopped, now I look at the stats maybe once a week, and dont' even pay much attention to it really, he same will happen to you ;)

I guess it's when you feel "stable" that you stop.

I believe I been on that drug. Lately, It seems we get over 100 orders a minute. Sometimes that is just that drug that gives me that sign effects..... It seems alot of people are doing well lately. I guess those people are on the drug to huh.

I am still going through the get a buzz each time i sell an account stage, hopefully soon i will get to a further stage and will have to join alans 12 step program

You are doing extremely well if you are doing 100 orders per minute.We cant even do that in a day honestly speaking.

I have an excellent idea for you !
Start a guide on how to get 100 orders a minute and sell it for $50. who knows you might get 100 orders per minute for that book alone.
Then you will crave for more and your addiction increases. and the vicious cycle continues.

100 orders per minute? Thats over $500k a year for $1 an account just for the first month. Bill gates move on over! J/K
