How can i find a host in my state? I only found one host search that lets you look by state.

Is it possible to find other web sites in my state by doing a WHOIS Search for my state or city im trying to find local webmasters with the same type of site as me.

I don't know how'd it be possible, but I'm sure there's a way. Why do you have to have a host in your state anyway?

into a search engine and got results for web hosting compnaies in Delaware.

Just click on this link (http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Business_to_Business/Communications_and_Networking/Internet_and_World_Wide_Web/Network_Service_Providers/Hosting/Web_Site_Hosting/By_Region/U_S__States/), choose your state, and it will pull up a few hosts to choose from.
