I need a reliable host for a customer i'm developing a site for. They will be running an ecommerce store, and need a host with very good uptime. But they are just starting want something inexspensive, but with room to grow into larger plans if they are successful.
no setup fee, and monthly payments.
minimum 100mb space
minimum of a few gigs of transfer
cgi bin that works well (for simple paypal shopping cart script)
multiple domains pointing to main homepage
we need someone that will be reliable, with extremely little downtime. I'd also prefer a host, if there are any, that don't bill extreme charges for going over your bandwidth limit.

Your best bet would probably be to make a request in the hosting requests forum. Other than that look around and see what people are recommending.

since 1996 great service and great support
I would suggest a good, free host like www.netfirms.com
I mean, for $15.00/year its not really worth it.

For 15/Year I am not sure what you could get. :eek:
www.webguyz.ws has some prices around that area.

You are (of course) free to ask for suggestions, but this does have a 'requests forum' feel to it. If you'd like ti moved, please report your own post and just let us know.

Thats probably per month since he/she also asked to be able to pay monthly.

I think he means < $15 a month. But regarding hosts, first of all a good all-round host which I could recommend is Ventures Online.

Yes, VO have a plan with 100 MB Space and 7.5 GB BW for $13.95 and they are very reliable
