Ouch!
You'll need to use something like an anonymizing service. I don't know of any off the top of my head though...
Try a google search.

Holy crap, thank you so much for the link, RFHost! I could never connect to Godaddy's website and a few others before this, and have always wondered why. But now I can with anonymizer.com. :D

How is that legal?
1. We try to ensure that wherever possible, our users have sole possession of their data. Including your email address is, therefore, optional. If you choose not to include it, you will not receive notifications regarding your account - activation (only sent for accounts applied for via postal mail), impending expiration, or special notices that we think you might like to hear about. We consider your email address to be confidential information. We will never rent, sell, or otherwise reveal it to any other party without prior consent, except under the conditions set forth in the User Agreement for spamming and related abuses of netiquette, or unless we are compelled to do so by court order. Note - as we do not hold any personal information on our users that could result in compromising their privacy and security, a court order would be wholly ineffective. Whilst we do hold the necessary billing information on certain users, those for example who pay by credit card (anonymous cash payment is also available), this information could in no way be correlated with the user's Internet activities. Our billing system and our Anonymizer Services run totally independently. We maintain no information which would identify which user had sent a given message or visited a given site

I think you should say ByeDaddy to GoDaddy. I agree, this can't be legal. Who will they ban next?
(Hussain, except for the fact I hate flash, I like your web site. Nice colors and basically pleasing to the eye, not harsh. Sorry for the waste of bandwidth, just wanted to mention that.)

I was not referring to godaddy doing something illegal. I was referring to anonymizer. Although it may suck, there is nothing illegal about banning a block of IP's. Thousands of sites on the net do this.

Like I said, it sucks. I don't agree with sites doing this, but it can be a temporary fix to a major problem. Obviously there was a big enough problem, that made them block out the IP's completely rather than just to their ordering section. However I don't know how their system works, and if there is a completely different site for members or not.
