Question:
My sister has a pet grooming business that she's been fairly successful at.. Seventeen days ago she signed up with Cardservice International through a local vendor to accept credit cards. At this point she has roughly $1,000 they is outstanding that hasn't been deposited to her account.
It is my understanding that the vendor had her bank account number incorrect, and though they have stated at least twice that it has been fixed and a deposit should be made within 48 hours, no such deposit has been made.
Her only contact has been with the local vendor, should she get on the phone with Cardservice International, keep bugging the vendor, or wait and hope they finally live up to their promises.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

You should contact CSI directly. The vendor (reseller) does not have access to that type of information. He / she should have referred you over to clear this matter up.

I agree. Anytime that money is involved and you aren't getting the service that you are expecting, you should bypass the middleman and go directly to the source.
And if you start from the bottom and can't get your problem resolved, don't be afraid to move up the ladder.

Thank you both for your input, I've given her the customer service number for CSI which she will be calling in the morning. Maybe this can be straightened out :)
Thanks again

But this still doesn't guarantee that the problem will be solved, as the incorrect acc number was provided by your sister, as I understood from your words.....

Let's let CSI handle it - usually best to stay out of it once it has reached that level

They have Loss Prevention Department which helps reduce merchants’ risks of fraudulent credit card transactions, and monitoring all transictions, hence there is no chance for any fraud, I guess.
I think that CSI will handle the matter.

There always is chance for fraud, anyway the situation we are talking about is not considered to be fraudulent it's just a mistake.

Not exactly what I said, but thanks for your comments :)
Just keep climbing the ladder until you get the resolution that you are seeking.
