Hii all,

I am considering of partnering with some hosting provider here in my country India...but the host may be based out of my country...??

I need your help on these issues..

How does a partnership differ from reselling..??
Which is more beneficial to both the host and the reseller/partner??
Any pitfalls...in we being in two diff countries...??
What documents and the information, i should be asking them..before I can decide...??

Anyone has any experiences in partneing with a hosting company...Please share their experiences...:)
